Signed up online and downloaded the mobile app because online their black Facebook, Instagram and other logos fill my entire phone screen while the shipping information comes up tiny and have to pan and zoom to read anything. Downloaded the app for a "better experience" and all it does is spin "Signing In..." Forever and goes nowhere!! Bad online and worse on the App!
Rubbish!
Horrible. Was great in 2014. I tried to listing and it kept inputing the wrong measurements for my items. Then, it forced me to change my amount. I'm not paying $279 for 3 boxes of clothes. I'm 100% sure my kids 3 boxes will squeeze onto any coast to coast load, van, camper, etc. My quote was fair

The cost to ship is more than the item is worth. A free Craigslist section sofa, they want a minimum of $150 to ship?? I can't even put in an offer of 45. it doesn't even let me
used it to have rv moved, the app is full of brokers that con you out of money promising a driver is on way and asking for money on side of what is set to ship,also takes to long to set a trip up .
As soon as you post something you get flooded with quotes from brokers trying to rip you off with over the roof prices, who will try to resell your shipment (load) to carriers for pennies, keeping most of the money in their pockets without moving a thing.
