My uShip experience went very smoothly. I liked being able to choose my own shipper where you pick a price you want to pay and the shippers bid on it. My only surprise was an extra uShip $100 fee above the agreed shipping price, but it was still reasonable. UShip has a clean payment procedure where you pay them, they secure the funds for the shipper and you release them to the shipper upon delivery. Always does right by us, we have used them for every move for over a decade.
We were originally given an earlier pickup date for a car shipment but when talking to the driver the date was impossible due to driving laws for truckers, so with that we feel uship could have researched that before giving us this information

Overall, I had a good experience with uShip. The first carrier stood up my seller twice. No calls, no texts, no nothing. 'Just didn't show up. When I tried to cancel the transaction, the carrier disputed it with a myriad of excuses (sinusitis, scheduling conflict, COVID, etc.), but uShip granted the cancellation.
