Horrible experience. Im a driver for 8 years with 114 completed shipments and 80 reviews and suddenly my account is being suspended with no explanation. I assume it may be because of one cancellation, as the customer provided incorrect dimensions and we ended up receiving a cancellation. Zero explanation.
Very disappointed with uShip. Not only was the shipment picked up a day later than scheduled, but I was also charged additional fees for a lift gate service and a remote delivery surcharge that were completely unnecessary.I had a forklift available at the pickup and delivery location, so there was no need for a lift gate. In addition, my delivery address is located in a city and should not have been classified as a remote delivery. BE CAREFUL!!! Its far better to contact, and pay a shipper directly. It will cost almost double to use uShip, and they will take no responsibility for any issues with shipping. Furthermore, after delivery of my last package, they hit me with an additional $300 fee and charged my card without permission!

I have used uShip many times over the years to transport furniture & other large items, and unfortunately my experience has been consistently disappointing. Booked with UShip to have my car transported from ******* to *********. They assigned the company *************************. After a week of waiting they were still waiting for a driver to pick up the vehicle. No communication after two weeks we canceled our order. Worst experience with no communication. Would not recommend.

Never use them to transport a dog. We ship for less was the so called business that took my dog and then lost her. Thank God I found her 3 days later. They let her out of the car without a leash. She ran off and they left. Never ever use them!!!

Shipment was delivered 5 weeks late and driver went **** Company was not helpful and it cost me $500 more than the shipment to have movers move ever to install the rug. Do not do business with this company.

PNSLOGISTIC left us in the lurch. Shipper lost all the hardware required for the very expensive bed he picked up in *********** and delivered to *****. Told us his truck broke down delaying delivery and then when he arrived stated that he DID get the hardware, but must have left it in broken truck.
