Bought my first trike a year ago April. When I started to ride this year I found the frame was broken. This was after riding it over 1100 miles last summer. The guys at Utah Tikes were amazing. I sent some pictures and they replaced my frame under warranty. I got the new frame within 2 weeks. I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about my trike. If I could give them more than 5 starts I would!!
