Great help from Lenny, see lengthy comment below. Lenny Gomez was the only person I dealt with with respect to my trading in my 3 year old MDX for a new one. He was most helpful at every step of the way. We had a large glitch when my new car behaved erratically after I drove it to my house in West Fort Worth and malfunctioned.
