I recently purchased a pre-owned 2022 Acura ILX and took it to Vandergriff Acura to have it checked out. The service department is is very professional and they treat their customers with 1st class care. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. I'm very happy with my car, my service advisor Hayley Ransom and with Vandergriff Acura.

We've been here b4 wife purchased car here but now the Acura is my daughter's. We received coupon great price. Went to get serviced and unlock security lug nut was missing/stolen from previous other svc shop to do the tire rotation. Parts guy ordered one. Could have been done same day agent new guy said they don't have on site but they did parts guy Could of solved problem. But all and all great svc. Washed/cleaned vehicle. Will go back.
