I would make a recommendation for Acura Vandergriff if Etta was there to provide the service and/or sale! I was having some difficulty and Etta took the time to explain to me processes and changes that may occur that NO ONE else bother to explain. She made the difference of a sale and me walking out the door going elsewhere with my business. And the most awesome part about her, she was not even my salesperson, a lot can be learned from this Lady about customer care and customer service!! I mean, seriously who does that? Than... read more
