Kyle has great customer service skills, he answered all my questions!! He showed me many different cars and models. Until I found the one I fell in love with! This was a such short process and great experience!! Im definitely satisfied with all his hard work! I was able to drive away in my new Acura! Great dealership (lease renewal) Had originally researched this dealership 3 years ago during my first stay in the Dallas area and they had the best pricing and deal on my former car lease. Now, I had found myself back in the area, though I no longer reside in the state and did some comparison shopping again and found that they still had the best deal for me to renew my lease and were one of the few, if not only dealers, to work with me so that I could have it registered to my state.
Great help from Lenny, see lengthy comment below. Lenny Gomez was the only person I dealt with with respect to my trading in my 3 year old MDX for a new one. He was most helpful at every step of the way. We had a large glitch when my new car behaved erratically after I drove it to my house in West Fort Worth and malfunctioned. Smoke commenced billowing out from under the hood among another problem. I called Lenny who responded with alacrity.
