I came in for 30k general maintenance, and loved their honesty in revealing that the car had most of the maintenance done prior to me buying the car 2k miles before, and therefore I did not have to pay for those services again. The waiting area is excellent. Plenty of tables and booths, a Cafe for food and drinks, a complimentary drink from the Cafe, and a decent sized children's toy room. I was very impressed.
