Making an appointment online was easy! I was in and out within the amount of time I expected. I didn't have any issues. Staff was great and service was great!

Had an oil change appt, but still 2 hour wait. Excellent service from Mr. Castro, my advisor. He. kept me updated on everything. The service dept didnt put my wheel lock back in my car, so when i noticed, I had to make a trip back to Vandergriff and it was found. By the way, they do offer a complimentary drink while you wait.
