Van did an excellent job all the way, making my visit seamless. By the time I finished my free coffee the courtesy car showed up and I was on my way to do my day's errands. He carefully explained what was free (part of the new car incentive) and what wasn't. I must say, I felt more relaxed and welcomed than any visit to the several Acura dealers we've used in the past.
