I am writing this review on behalf of my son who is the Autism Spectrum and is looking for a job as a food service worker. We saw an opening for him at a hospital (near our home) whose food service is run by Aramark.Aramark's AI Assistant (*****) scheduled a phone interview for him. It kept him updated on when his interview would take place. We have set aside time so that he could be prepared to do the telephone interview. Armar Hiring Team are liars. I applied for a position as a Stewart in the Suites, I was told it was a dishwashing job. After further review, the recruiter asked for my resume. I told her I have a master's in accounting and finance with 12 years of Banking experience. The recruiter sent me to the back-office recruiter, and everything was in place. complete frauds. Horrible service and when we tried to cancel contract they are trying to extort my company for $17000. Will be in a legal battle from here on.

This is the worst vendor i have ever worked with. They forced us to sign a 5 year contract without giving us any options and every month they keep increasing the prices. The only things we get from them are a couple of towels, sheets, pillowcases which are sometimes dirty and have spots, soap and 2 mats which are torn. They don't respond when we ask why the increase in the price. I want to cancel my contract, but they are saying I have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to get out of the contract. We are locally owned restaurant here in San antonio tx We worked with Aramark in from 2018 to 2020. During lockdown. On June 2020 they charged us $1,146. Two months of not coming in and changing our mats and rags. Overcharging us on dirty rags as lossess. After multiple phone calls with managers and supervisor they broke our contract prematurely without a warning and decided to charge us more for breaking the contract by couple hundred more and sent it to collections without notice. May I rate Aramark Uniform Services lower than 1 star - They are the most unethical company in the industry! Charging for service NOT performed - and having the nerve to charge for a "No Show" and refusing to credit my company! I would absolutely NOT recommend Aramark Uniform Services for any Service Related Business in Louisville, Kentucky! Unethical and as far as I'm concerned, they have stolen from my company!

We have had this company for awhile in the Montgomery area....service started ok has went down hill. so we decided to stop our contracts with them. gave notice 5 months before our contract ended. they never hardly said a word. then as we are nearing the end of our contract. they come in and say oh you have auto renew and its to late. you have to mail a certified letter to them. so i called and spoke to them very rude the GM & VP of sales. went so far as to say the buck stops here when asked to speak to a hire up. Easily the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Started with them automatically renewing our contract for 3 years. They told me the only way out would be if they were unable to perform their side of the contract - what a joke. We have been consistently billed mats they did not provide, and week after week I had to ask for credits back. They would not automatically provide those credits.
