This is the worst service food company I have ever seen in my life. Serving cold food and under cooked meat. And not just once. This is a weekly basis!

I work for UPS and have been waiting on replacement uniforms for over 7 weeks and the contact we have just keeps making excuses and blowing us off. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Terrible terrible service.

Aramark over charged us for almost a year. Then came in and renegotiated a contract with lower price and more service. The driver brought us the invoices with the wrong price and hand changed it. We paid what he changed it to. Then we were sent notices of late payment for the difference in what he wrote sand what the original invoice was. This went on for about a month. The service stopped so we had another vender come in and take over the service. Now we are getting harassing calls from a collection company on their behalf.... read more

This is the WORST company. The billed me for services they didn't provide and we called numerous times and were promised they would credit our account. They billed us for product they never delivered and then said they would deliver the next day. After numerous requests and confirmations for crediting our account, they sent the bill to COLLECTIONS! I am so furious - I canceled my contract - DONT ever work with this company they are TERRIBLE!!!!!!! They don't even get one star but I had to give at least one to post this revie... read more

Aramark Rochester Ny is the worst company in this industry.!.! Horrible service no customer service from the local office/service center. No delivery for over 7 weeks with no response or credits.!.!. National customer service says this is the worst center in the NATION and has breached the contract but still no results for the company as a whole!.

I worked as a food runner at Nrg Park at the Catering Services and I think they understimate your performance and all the captains are rude, arrogant and they have a low customer skills in English. I would not recommend nobody to work at this place at all. Sincerely Edgar G********

Unacceptable customer service. A contract was signed in bad faith practices by Aramark. When I attempted to stop service they reminded me of the 5 year contract that had been signed. Said contract was deceiptful as no term length had been confirmed verbally when initiating new service. Service was suspended after we had not been using their service for a few months, continuing to remit payment (without any service or product). They do not do a good job at PNC Park. I go to PNC Park regularly and spend around $100 each visit. The lines are far too long. 30 minutes standing in line is too much. $18.55 for 2 hot dogs and fries is too much. 67 people (I counted) standing in line for ice cream is too much. Not having ketchup for a hot dog is unacceptable. Not having carriers for your food is unsat. It's not a good scene at PNC for concessions. I think you run PPG as well.
