Horrible. Find another company! Service was terrible so when our contract was up we cancelled with them and they continue to bill us. I have had multiple conversations and emails with their representatives and they all said they would get it taken care of, then two months later, we get nasty emails about our past due balance. They have been billing our company for literally nothing for 10 months as we have not received any service or have any of Aramark goods. This company is a complete joke!

Aramark is a nightmare. We have had nothing but problems with service and laundry quality for 2.5 years. We have a detailed chronological history of every single problem, every un-returned phone call, email, etc. They make no effort to keep par levels maintained. We consistently receive linens that are stained, torn, and have hair all over them. Staff uniforms smell bad and look dirty. It is embarrassing to wear them.

Oh My God! Aramark is a nightmare that won't end. They purchased our account from AmeriPride. Now, AmeriPride uniform quality sucked but the management was easier to work with. We NEVER signed a contract with Aramark but was told that the automatically renewed contract from AmeriPride was in place and we had to provide a 90 day notice to cancel. Did one better! I spoke with the district manage Bart Collins myself to advise 5 months in advance we would not be renewing the contract. He tried to provide new uniform replacements... read more

Signed a contract with them over a month ago. Have had no communication since. Tried emailing and leaving voicemails for the rep for over a month with no reply. Tried calling customer service over 5 times with the following responses "someone will call you back" (which they NEVER have) and "we have no other phone numbers to call or managers to escalate this" REALLY??? Cant quite figure out why anyone would do business with these folks... terrible customer service, worse billing. bought a business and so I didn't have a contract with them but did have to close out their service. they left three mats at my business when they picked everything up. then charged me for them. When I called to tell them to come get it they sent me an email saying "issue resolved"... then they promptly sent the account to collections... no one could help with anything. what a terrible experience- chances of me be... read more

worst company to do business with. They continually have price increases and will not let you out of contract. I was told contract was for 3 years and it was for 5. Contract will automatically renew after 5 years for another 5 years unless you send a certified letter within 90 days of end of date. I started at $27.50 a week and are now up to $116.00 with another year to go on contract. They hold you hostage. They must not be confident in their service or they would not make it so difficult to cancel.
