This company is awful, started out at $26 a couple years ago and is now up to $60 for two rolls of toilet paper every week and one roll of paper towels every two weeks and an air freshener every month. Been trying to get out of my contract and they won’t let me out. They are ripping people off. Initially, they said if you didn’t like their service you can get out of the agreement now they give people a hard time.

Bad service. I asked the price for their napkins service. They told me it is 0.043 for each napkins each week. After the first delivery we was charged $ 360 something for 2000 napkins. 0.043×2000=$86. Why $360? They told me they will adjust the invoice. I kept asking them how much we truly need to pay for 1000 napkins each week. If we can not afford it, We can cancel the serice. They kept telling me they will adjust the invoice and give me the right price. It takes 4 months for them to finally tell me it is $144. The balance... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At first, everything was fine. We had a great delivery driver who was on top of everything. Since he left it seems like the whole company has gone downhill. The uniforms we receive look like they were run through a shredder instead of a washing machine. We pay weekly for Easy Care, which is a service that is supposed to repair or replace any damaged uniforms. For a global company not to provide employee bonuses, that's blasphemy. I have unsubscribed constantly from their emails. They don't listen. They work you like dogs for peanuts.

I’ve been dealing with Eddie Tran and all I can say is, hold on tight to that Rep. He’s amazing and an asset to Aramark. Very professional, goes above and beyond and extremely helpful. As soon as my boss gives me the green light to move forward, he’s the man I will be calling. Thank you Eddie for all your help, knowledge and professionalism. You’ve made my job so much easier!

This is truly a disaster of a company. We signed up for their linen services because they were the most competitively priced. Well...you get what you pay for: terrible customer service, an awful product, and either fraudulent or incredibly negligent behavior. It took us 5 weeks (!) to onboard with them...for a couple hundred cleaning cloths and kitchen aprons. Do not work with this company. I wish I had seen these reviews prior to signing up with them. Prices are excessive. Look out for "Temp Energy Surcharge" that is buried in the contract. Product pricing is excessive, and equipment is average. Find another provider, life's too short. I would give them zero starts if I could.

Aramark Uniforms Services **** ********* **** ********* ** ***** is a horrible /negative working environment and the administration is worse ( slave drivers) Steve G******, Greg and Desiree work employees to the bone and doesn’t pay them what they’re supposed to pay/ selfish. No sick days, overtime, bonuses ( All lies). When hired they don’t inform employees of what is to come.
