This is a joke of a company. I have been dissatisfied with the service from the very beginning and they have failed to address any of my complains. They would delivery uniforms and just dump them in front of the door without entering. would not show up on the day that they were supposed to. when they delivered uniforms the sizes did not match on any of the uniforms. some were shorter some were longer - after multiple calls still was not corrected. I started using Aramark services in 2018 with complaints starting in 12/2018. There were increases and fluctuations in pricing constantly. I had complained 13 times over the years with customer service. They always assured me that someone would get back to me in person but no one ever did except once. If I could give it negative stars I would. This is the worst company I have ever worked with in my 15 years of accounting. There is no communication between staff, disputes are closed without being resolved and if you decide to leave their company ( we left at the end of our contract in a timely fashion) then they will bill you for items and services never received. There needs to be a way that all companies that have fallen victims to Aramark file a mass law suite against them. We have had countless errors in billing, inflated invoices, non delivered product. They do business in bad faith and are not at all a professional company. Their district "manager" is a joke. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I do hope there is someone who can look into Aramark's business.

Will not work with you during the Pandemic. They wanted us to breach out of contract for over 5k or continue to buy each week. We work in the travel industry and they simply do not care!!!

We left Aramark 5 years ago due to poor customer service. They billed us for a very large amount of uniforms they said weren't returned or were ruined. If a uniform had a small stain on it, they charged us full price even though our mechanics may have worn them for years & they were worn out. We ended up paying. Fast forward 5 years, the company we switched to sold out to Aramark & there we were gain back with Aramak b/c of a line in our contract that said it followed with a new owner...same poor service, uniforms shorted we... read more

Horrible. Find another company! Service was terrible so when our contract was up we cancelled with them and they continue to bill us. I have had multiple conversations and emails with their representatives and they all said they would get it taken care of, then two months later, we get nasty emails about our past due balance. They have been billing our company for literally nothing for 10 months as we have not received any service or have any of Aramark goods. This company is a complete joke!

Aramark is a nightmare. We have had nothing but problems with service and laundry quality for 2.5 years. We have a detailed chronological history of every single problem, every un-returned phone call, email, etc. They make no effort to keep par levels maintained. We consistently receive linens that are stained, torn, and have hair all over them. Staff uniforms smell bad and look dirty. It is embarrassing to wear them.
