Worst company EVER. Never follows through with the contracted agreement, but expects you to pay for services not rendered to you. This place is a JOKE!
Terrible. You turn your uniforms in to get cleaned and you never get them back! I'm lucky if I get 3 uniforms a week!
I am trying to be understated here. This is the most pitiful, most inept, most disorganized, most admin redundant "Anything" of any type I have ever experienced. Their instal was incomplete, and I was billed for things not delivered. The install is by a separate company, thats the only way anything was installed. No service visits, you know, replace toilet paper, etc, were ever made, none. I have made over 10 calls where I DID cancel service. horrible horrible horrible!!! do not sign a contract with these people as you are setting yourself up for disaster. most unorganized, unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
If I could give a Zero I would, the amount of discrimination against people of color is unreal. They are jealous at the fact that you are better at your work than them, the lack of communication between directors and managers, when there’s an inspection they want to act like it’s the time they should focus on their work, provides no tools to employees yet expect them to do the job, lack of staffing, and expect managers to push staff. Change staff schedule without notice expect them to accommodate in a week
My contract was never fulfilled since 06/2021, and they keep charging my account. Now they stated that because I cancelled my account I owe them money. They are full of lies, I gave the opportunity for 9 months to make that correction. I reported bed sheet came with mold and they were not replace but charged. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

This is a complete ripoff/scam. They have a minimum charge but can't ship product and still charge you the minimum.
This company is out right thieves... I have cancelled time and time again but none the less they keep billing me. they have stopped delivering for the past 8 months but still charge me month after month.. unbelievable the charges as well.. billing for two mats was over 360 dollars..they said were damaged..omg they pick them up every 2 weeks and are always in the same condition as getting them.. plus I never wanted mats to begin with ha ha I only wanted shop towels aka rags. they told me just pay it and they would give me cre... read more
