I was just turned away from here after I have been here multiple times before. They told me they had too many animals and didn't even took my dog vital. I hope the West Springfield vet won't do that because it's not easy driving 25 mins to be turned away.

Called them at 11 AM and they told me they’d call me to let me know when to arrive. Hadn’t heard by 2 so I texted. Finally called me after receiving text and told me to come in for 3:00. How does an emergency vet hospital work if you can’t go in with your dog? Vet told me over the phone that everything was fine (it wasn’t anywhere near fine). My dog was staggering.
