Not enough staff. They need better organization skills. But they got us because there the only in the area. So there making there money.

Based on other reviews I ran into the same problem Sunday night my pup has been vomiting since the morning wasn’t able to keep anything down and wasn’t drinking water I was concerned because when he did throw up I found a chunk of plastic in earlier in the week he had gotten into something so I was afraid that there might of been a blockage or something going on when I called them the girl on the phone said oh if he has a possible blockage you need to get him here right away which we did or 40 minutes away. You could improve your services in all areas starting with staying within agreed upon budgets. Your communication is horrid. You leave pet owners to sit waiting for more than 5 hrs for a clinical plan without updates. Your rude receptionist and arrogant ICU veterinarians seem only to be looking to pad the bill with more and more unnecessary tests/exams. We will never return to this place. You have a long way to go to improve. Seems to me you have a pretty bad reputation among local pet owners and now we understand why.

My pup was poisoned by eating a burning bush this past saturday night. There are no vets available in cheshire county NH on nights and weeekends. Thus I had to deal with the poison center and this hospital in Deerfield, Ma. The veterinarian was very helpful in resolving his sickness after keeping him overnight. She did a wonderful job. The vet said I could call any time of day or night to check on him to see how he was doing if I wished. Now for the negative. On sunday night at 7PM I called to check on him. A girl w... read more

I brought my cat here recently. They are over priced, have a super long wait. I showed up at 10:30pm and my cat wasn’t seen until 4am. Staff never checked on me once or contacted me to update on the wait time etc... There was also terrible communication between staff and the customers/ pet owners. When they finally came to get my cat I asked them if I needed to wait if could go home? They told me they would check and be back in a few minutes staff didn’t return, I got a call an hour later to say I could leave. The only way ... read more

Left the IV in my dog’s leg and sent her home! How do you forget such an important part of after care?? After waiting over 6 hours to be seen for an ultrasound!! Stay away!

i waited in the parking lot for 5 and a half hours for my cat and they just had him crated the entire time and because i didnt have much money they sent him home with me with a full brain bleed brain failure twitching and spazzing all night they said they wouldmt help me pay for 500 dollar xray they basically let him die over a few hundred dollars. they wouldmt euthanize him even all because of money. they sent him home with us not goving a care in the world. well i brought him to a real vet and my boy smokey had to be put d... read more

this place is a scam. Brought my mother's cat in on 11/1 at 1030, by 330 we were still outside, I was over two hours late to work, with my mother leaving a homebound elderly husband who walks with a walker alone. Ran over $600 worth of tests, to come to the conclusion they couldn't find anything. These people take advantage of the elderly to rip them off.

Completely understaffed.Poor communication.Our experience here was a nightmare .We are doing our research so we will have other options if we need emergency services again.
