Im sure they will delete this but Vesh does not care about your animals unless you have money!! They will turn a DYING pet away. They even have a fund for people who need help with paying but they don't use it for that. They use it for pizza and novelty items for their favorites.. They are so understaffed and extremely CARELESS, I mean making major mistakes They always don't take responsibility for. Have now been told twice now about my pets that “well, he’s not dying or anything, it’s not a true emergency so….” I don’t bring my animals in for just anything. My dog better not go blind, that’s all I can say. I will say, they happily take my tens of thousands of dollars though. I really wish there was someone else local to go to. They don’t care at all about customer service anymore. The Docs are great. Techs/office? Not so much.
terrible hospital. made us wait 2 and a half hours with no result. brought our dog back out to wait in the car because other dogs were in more "critical condition". claimed my dog ate marijuana which is impossible and said to bring him home and watch him because he is stable and fine. He even took a test to see any thc in his system and it came back negative but they still said it was that.. Terrible!!! I understand short staffing but this is no reason to force someone to stay in their car for 9 hours told they can’t leave until the vet talks to them!!! No food no place to use the bathroom!! Just stuck in our car with Zero answers!! Keep being told we will find something out soon.... then close to 9 hours pass!! We are forced to leave! Waiting in the parking lot in the hot sun for 8 hours. Being told they would be out shortly for my dog and three hours after I arrived they came for him. They game me 2 care plans to choose from, one included antibiotics. The Dr. changed her mind after I agreed to the plan and paid. They would not give the antibiotic. Tried to charge me twice and give me pain meds I already had at home. I told them 3 times I did not want them and brought them out and charged me for them. I will never go back there!

How can we recommend a place that just made us sit in the parking lot for three hours waiting for our dog to be seen and when we asked if it’s going to be a lot longer because it’s 11 PM, you tell us I’m sorry it’s a 12 to 14 hour wait! Horrible!!

I had an absolutely horrific experience with this hospital in just month with my two visits. My dog was having vertigo type symptoms which initially presented as isolated facial seizures. I waited almost SIX hours from about 10:30 at night to nearly 4 in the morning the first visit. Completely asinine.
