So! This place is a total scam! Animal negligence! Jacks up the price! You name it! I sat in the car for 4.5 hours while my puppy got stitches on her paw... allegedly... What really happened was I sat in the car for 4 1/2 hours while they did absolutely nothing to treat her! Then called me on the phone (COVID protocols) to tell me it was going to be $900 for stitches! I asked if they had treated her at all yet, they said no. I said I wanted my dog back, they said they would check on that... I went in... (yes I had a mask ... read more

Avoid if you can. To be fair, I once had an excellent service for our dog, but the last experience was a nightmare: I was asked to pay $200 outright for them to look at my dog; I had to give the same info over the phone to 3 different people and the bill was simply incredible. My dog was inside for 5 hours, after 1 hour waiting with me in the parking lot. They would have kept him 2-3 more hours if I had allowed more (useless) analyses. My dog was incredibly thirsty when he came back and clearly had not been given a chance to... read more

Business response:

We are sorry to hear that you did not have the best of experiences with us this time, Marie-helene. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic has dramatically increased our caseload and our doctors and technicians are working their hardest to make sure that the pets get the best quality care as quickly as possible. We are glad that, at the end of it all and most importantly, Monty is feeling much better.

WORST SERVICE EVER. We arrived at 7:30 am (per their instructions), gave the nurse all the info. There were no other customers in the lot until 9:00 am. Did not receive our call to come in until 2:30 in the afternoon!! Hot day, hot car. Many other cars came and went and were taken care of, while they just kept walking past us trying to not make eye contact. Horrifying. 👎

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Karlie. Unfortunately, the COVID pandemic has dramatically increased our caseload and subsequent wait times. As we operate just as a human ER does, we often do not know what is coming through our doors. Our doctors and technicians are working their hardest to make sure that the pets get the best quality care as quickly as possible. During the heat and long wait times, we have recently started offering clients the option of leaving their pets with us where they would be kept in our treatment area ... read more

July 5 brought our dying dog in. They come to our car and say 2 hour wait but we will board the dog for $200 dollars plus a fee while you wait in the car due to Covid 19 not allowed in. So we say no we will wait in the car with her did not want her to be in there all alone. So we waited 3 in a 1/2 hours later we asked what’s going on cars are coming and dogs are being seen and leaving while we are still waiting. They are more critical they say then our dying dog bleeding internally. So they then refuse our dog any treat... read more

I took my cat here for breathing problems and it took three hours just to see my cat, while I sat in a hot frigin car, then they had the audacity to tell me that she needed a chest x-ray and blood work. Oh hell to the NO, I was not going to sit for another four hours. The first three was bad enough, then they charged me $143.50... that's $41 per hour to sit outside with no bathroom facilities, except for a port-o-potty. GROSS!

Business response:

We appreciate your candid feedback, Robert. The impact of local veterinarian closures and restricted hours due to COVID-19 has significantly increased our caseload, and hence our wait time. We truly apologize for the extended wait for you and your children. Our staff are doing their best to keep up with the spike in cases we are seeing. As a result of feedback, such as yours, as of June 27, we have implemented a drop-off option for clients, allowing them to leave stable emergency pets with us, so long as they are reachable b... read more

I did not have a good experience at VESH I left there with a dog that is now absolutely terrified of the vet, before she absolutely LOVED the vet. The words the vet used was they were tackling my dog and had several staff members holding her down. She’s an almost 2 year old Pyrenees who loves absolutely everyone and she’s had to go to a few vets for health problems we have had 0 complaints about behavior a few have told us they wish all their patients were like her. So please I would love to know what they had done to my dog... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your feedback, Haley. We are sorry that you did not have a great experience with us as we do hold ourselves to a high standard for our care. Caring for a dog with seizures can be very tricky and unpredictable and that is why we had recommended hospitalizing Luna to get her adjusted to the most appropriate dose of anti-seizure medication. She was given a loading dose of anti-seizure medication before she was discharged to you (which is why she was so sedate) so that she would not be in danger of having another s... read more
