0/5 stars. My mother in laws 14 year old lab cut his face on something sharp this evening. Lots of blood and on a Saturday night so we rush him to the emergency vet. Due to Covid, you must wait in your car, which is understandable. After 3 hours and calling multiple times they finally came and got him and took him in. Waited for another hour for the call with the treatment plan, only for them to call and say he bit a tech and he’s to be put on quarantine for 10 days and they’re not treating him because it’s been too long... read more

Business response:

Warning to all people’s going here my puppy was in a bad car accident and it would have been an astronomical amount to fix her and told them to put her down now a few days later I find out they did the surgery and gave her away so be warned these people are liars and dognappers I will be going to get my dog today and if I have to I will involve police how are you going to give someone’s pet that was supposed to be put out of pain away and do surgery for free I assume

Business response:

Absolutely inaccurate. This dog was surrendered to us, in writing, because we deemed it could be saved. Euthanasia was unnecessary. We will have no further comment.

We have used the emergency vet hospital several times, but will exhaust every possibility before EVER coming here again. We have been here over 5 hours, separated from our dog for 2.5 hours, without an update. We also know the bill will be crippling. Very disappointed.

Business response:

David, we're sorry to hear about your recent visit and apologize for your extended wait. We appreciate your patience and please excuse us as we try to treat patients as quickly as possible. A member of our leadership team will be reaching out to you soon.

Extremely Slow in even seeing our cat to get vitals. We were here and passed over for other animals that were no more seriously ill than ours. It was two hours before they took her vitals. She was bleeding and hurt from a skirmish with another animal and who knows if the wounds are internal or not? It's three hours in the waiting room and we're finally shown to an exam room! We'll see how long it takes for a doctor to see her now that we've been shuffled into another place😡

Business response:

Ginger, we're sorry to hear about your extended wait. We appreciate your patience and please excuse us as we try to treat patients as quickly as possible. A member of our leadership team will be reaching out to you soon.

I apologize for this but I do not recommend going here. Last month my dog stopped eating and drinking out of the blue. After one day and night of this we knew something was wrong because he hadn't pooped either. We decided to take him into the Emergency Vet because he was acting like he was in a lot of pain and was getting extremely bloated. The Vet on call diagnosed him with Pancreatitis from an Ultrasound because "it seemed larger than usual." They put him on fluids and pumped him full of pain meds for the night. My parent... read more

Business response:

Andrea, we are deeply sympathetic that you have lost your companion. Our hospital director has attempted to contact you via phone regarding your visit with us and this review. We have spoken to your primary veterinarian about your dogs condition and the surgery that was performed as well. We understand your feelings, and we also stand behind our veterinarians and the decisions they make. After speaking with all parties involved, we are confident that the proper protocols were followed in this case. It is truly heartbreaking ... read more

Drove in from out of town with a bunny in a lot of pain and really sick. was told they don't see small animals anymore but they'd be happy to euthanize!!! What good is an emergency specialty animal hospital that doesn't care about all animals and only sees dogs and cats? There is nothing on their website stating refusal to see other animals, and talk about lack of compassion. I used to work in a vet hospital and I'm absolutely disgusted.

Business response:

Hello Stacy, would you please message us your phone number privately? Our hospital director would like to speak with you concerning your recent visit.

Apparently my dog bleeding out in the exam room wasn’t urgent so I had to go out to the lobby and tell the receptionist my dog is still bleeding after the 4 hours I had been there and I finally got a vet and they immediately took him into urgent surgery.
