Your business should be ashamed for insulting customers who are genuinely upset about their sick animals instead of make stupid comments like "I thought border collies were supposed to be smart" when a dog is too sick to get on a scale! You should put more effort into hiring vet techs and making sure they actually have compassion for animals and their owners.

I realize this is an animal hospital, but you charge entirely way too much money for the services provided. I did like how I was told that bloodwork would be alot cheaper by my own vet, however, when an owner is under duress because a member of their family is ill, they want an answer. Is that not why we bring our pets in? I feel that it's not right to charge exorbitant prices. When you don't have access to the money you charge you are told to apply for credit care. Credit care dings your credit report and lowers your score.... read more

I would NEVER recommend this clinic! They allowed Graphite's bladder to rupture! They had to do emergency surgery to repair it because they waited too long. Some repair they did, to this very day he cannot stop leaking urine! DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES HERE!

The staff and Dr Ward were great. The prices that are charged are outrageous though. Expect to be there quite a while too. We got there shortly before midnight and didn't get home til about 2:30am. We were not able to afford to do everything they had on their list, but Dr Ward spoke with us and told us which items were most vital and he felt that our Nellie would be okay without all the other stuff. Like I said the staff was great, just really expensive.

Horrible experience! Brought my dog in for a prolapsed rectum! Waited 2 hours with only one other person in front of me. Then was told they would get my dog pain medicine and an X-ray by the doctor. About 20 minutes later a tech comes in to have me sign papers and pay. I do that. Then was told I should probably just leave and they will fix his problem. I asked when I would hear information? I posted earlier about what a great job everyone did and it is still true that everyone was friendly and kind and wonderful to us. However getting home from work and talking to my husband I found out that her primary vet found that her mouth was bleeding so badly not from her teeth but because an artery had been nicked under her tongue and was leaking and required more stitches and had been bleeding so much that we now have to keep a close eye on her because they couldn't be sure how much blood has lost and swallowed and tol... read more

They suck !!! Took my English Bulldog there for ACL surgery.. That they screwed up.. Took him to Dr. Kutter who started this clinic, he could not believe what had happened to his leg... It wasn't fixed correctly and to this day his left leg sticks out from his hip socket !!! This was a SHOW ENGLISH BULLDOG !!!! He was and is ruined !!! Now we are left with a dog that can hardly walk and limps !!!! Is on pain pills, shots, & joint pills !!!! No way for a pet or human to live !!!
