Get directionsLast year we came here with a dog that was having seizures. We were told after waiting three hours and wasted 300 that he would have more or we could pay $1500 to have an X-ray done. They never did vitals or a checkup with him. Tonight I called for euthanasia for two of our dogs who got into a fight and are currently bleeding out. Both dogs have never been aggressive with people, and this is an alpha aggression. They told us they were refusing to euthanize two injured and dy!ng dogs because they were scared. I explained they... read more
Business response:
I am sorry for the mis-understanding. Our staff will euthanize a pet if it is medically necessary. We do try to give all options to owners vs an end of life decision. Some times there are other options that owners have not explored, which would be training, relinquishing to a rescue or going to an only dog home.
My wife’s niece experienced the loss of her best friend and all this place cared about was money. Here is her experience. Mind you she handled this better than I would have. Our fur babies are our children. I would have seen red and made someone pay. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES TO THIS MONEY HUNGRY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS AND DO NOT TRUST THE RUDE AND IGNORANT STAFF! “Lost my bestfriend today. My Yorkie was mauled by 3 pitbulls, I rushed him here before arriving around 2:30pm, I called and they said they'd take him in. Whe... read more

Matt, we are concerned by your statements and have observed multiple negative reviews regarding the same pet. It’s important to note that out of respect for patient health information, we will continue to communicate directly with the pet owner.
My niece Star took her Yorkie Pluto here after he was mauled by 3 pit bulls and they had the audacity to treat my niece like she was made of money. Let my dog nephew sit in a kennel for 3 hours while other people pets were being seen and before anyone says anything the other pets came in after hers. Here’s her statement. I hope no one else has to ever endure the pain I heard in her voice after her having to put her sweet Pluto to rest. This place needs closed down and the BBB needs involved with this place. My sister in-law experienced the loss of her best friend and all this place cared about was money. Here is her experience: “Lost my bestfriend today. My Yorkie was mauled by 3 pitbulls, I rushed him here before arriving around 2:30pm, I called and they said they'd take him in. When arriving they took him in and put him in a kennel for 3 hours knowing he was badly harmed. Not until 5:30pm they give me a quote of 2300k, us having to put down a 75% deposit, before even looking at him. Which we paid. Don't get me wrong money ca... read more

Horrible and traumatic experience for one of my family members and her dog. After my family member’s dog had a c-section and primarily only needed fluids due to dehydration. This office over sedated her dog when she brought her in. As they were trying to give her back to my aunt, my aunt knew something was even more wrong and had told them. They told her she was just sedated and she would be fine. Poor Phoebe was not fine. She passed away as they were pulling into the house. My aunt and little cousin tried to perform cpr on ... read more
This place is a disaster, which you don't want to deal with when you have a loved pet that needs immediate help. I really don't think they could make it much worse. I hope to find other options in Wichita.
Unless your dog is actively dying they don’t care does not matter if there is an open wound and could be infected they don’t consider that an emergency which to me is crazy cuz an infection is a silent slower killer without early detection your pet would die I tired to do that and I got oh well he is stable so he will keep moving down the list! Disgusting I’m glad I went somewhere else and gave my money to a different place that truly cares about pets! I wish I could leave a -10 stars
Not only is this the worst veterinary clinic I've been to, it is one of the single worst customer service experience I've ever had. The staff kept me waiting in the parking lot for four hours, periodically bombarding me with texts and phone calls about why I should apply for credit to spend vastly more than the $300 I had authorized. They led me to believe my cat, Vermont, was suffering from a leg injury, and I needed to give them more money to avoid amputation. $700 later I took my cat to an actual vet. Within ten minutes h... read more
Seems all they want is your money first, oh yea you get that call. When a doctor is supposed to call you around 10 at night and they don't call at all, you don't get that call. That's after trying to drag him in by the leash causing him to choke. I told them if they kept screwing around, I'd be having to out him down, and I ended up having too. Seems as if one shift vet would keep kicking the can to the next shift vet and so on. This might seem harsh, but it's true and has taken some time to be able to compose. Seems ... read more
