I tell anyone... (Verified Renter) I tell anyone I can about my great experience finding a home at Victory Flats. The personnel were honest, enthusiastic, and made me feel comfortable. The home was beautiful, and the price was right within budget.
My only concern... (Verified Renter) My only concern is the dog park, there are a lot of little dogs in the complex so my little one can't run around there without the rocks hurting her paws and I get in trouble for letting her run in the grass area behind without a leash but she needs to run. Also the rocks get VERY hot in the summer and dogs can't go in. Not to mention the smell from owners/dogs burying their business instead of picking up. I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living at Victory Flats. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I did not agree with the pricing of my apartment, particularly with the noise coming from the MAX trains. There is the actual WHOOSH of when the train passes by, plus the loud ringing of warning bells for vehicles. It certainly detracted from my living experience.
