The community is... (Verified Renter) The community is great. They take very good care of the cleanliness of the entire property. The landscaping is always perfect and the pool was always clean.
Great Apartments Have been living at Victory Flats for the past four months and it has been great. Rob and Lauren in the office were very helpful when leasing the apartment, and answering any questions I had over the course of the first few weeks. The apartments themselves are very nice, even have a separate laundry room. I was concerned based on other reviews about the noise from the Max line, but I live on the bottom floor in the units closest to the line and hear nothing with the windows closed. The staff are... (Verified Renter) The staff are fantastic! The price for my 5 month lease was cheaper than any other apartments I looked at and this one was the nicest, most updated and luxurious of them all. I love it here and wish I could stay longer!!!
