This is the... (Verified Renter) This is the most expensive place I have ever lived. Yes, I agree to a certain degree that "you get what you pay for", but if the rent was slightly less, this would be the ideal renting experience and the best I've ever had.

Would suggest you... (Verified Renter) Would suggest you to track the response time and acknowledge the service request and inform the resident if it would take more time. My previous community used to provide us with multiple courtesy calls if there is any chance for delay.
I feel safe... (Verified Renter) I feel safe here with management fixing issues quickly before I even have to complain. They are on top of issues before they become intolerable. I feel safe seeing maintenance outside and cleaning grounds all day.

Dog poop not... (Verified Renter) Dog poop not being picked up regularly in the grass and bark next to the dog run is an issue. When it is cleaned, only about 50% is actually picked up. It is now January 24th and there are some piles that have not been picked up since Thanksgiving weekend. Now they are big piles of soupy poop just waiting for people to step on them.
Location is my... (Verified Renter) Location is my only negative - I love being by the Max, but would like to be closer to a grocery store, or even a convenience store - driving 10 minutes for a loaf of bread is annoying.
The staff does... (Verified Renter) The staff does everything possible to make you happy in your apartment. They are courteous and personable. It makes living here a very positive experience.
