The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is wonderful. The apartments are very nice. But, the outside staircases and landings in our new building are gross. They’re dirty and depressing.

It was perfect... (Verified Renter) It was perfect for our needs at the time. The staff is wonderful. The only thing I’d try to improve is the amount of dog owners who leave their dog’s poop lying around. I know measures are taken, but I wonder if there’s a more effective way.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this community for the apartment and amenities, everything was in great shape. But I would not recommend it for the management by Lisa and the fact that it is a given that carpet will have to be replaced if there was a pet in the apartment. This is a hidden cost that is not obvious on move-in.

great community, and... (Verified Renter) great community, and amazing apartments, however, the price needs to lower down in order to compete with other places in the area that are offering similar styles and quality (if not more) for a lower rate, especially since winter is coming.
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the community to others due to the friendliness of the office staff and willing to work with their tenants. A lot of people are interested but feel that the community is too pricey and they can't afford it.
