Victory Flats apartments for Victors! Found this newly built apartment complex on Apartments.com and absolutely fell in love. Not only are all appliances completely brand new, they are also from the most worthy brand names. The layout of the apartment was exactly as I had imagined. Plenty of space for parking if you have a car. If not, the best part is it is literally 5 minutes walking distance from public transit. Friendly Community Moving to a larger metropolitan area from a small city was a bit overwhelming but the friendly staff made the transition go smoothly. I love the clubhouse and availability of staff. The maintenance crew are amazing and so quick to remedy any problems. The monthly activities are a great way to meet other tenants. Beautiful landscaping.

So far so good! It can't be stressed enough that these apartments have both luxury and convenience. Brand new and energy efficient appliances, lots of space, beautiful kitchen countertops, air conditioning in every unit (which was wonderful during this summer's heat wave), and aesthetically pleasing overall.
