Tried to bump... (Verified Renter) Tried to bump my rent up by $300 to renew a 4 month lease for a new 4 month lease. Crazy
I don?t like... (Verified Renter) I don?t like the prolixity to the max and the noise that goes along with it. Advertised as air conditioned but really it?s the living area not the whole apartment
Poor management, tiny units, bad neighborhood I fell for the brochurs coming from outside of the metro but boy was I wrong. Sloppy management, bad at paperwork, bad at follow up even on little stuff. slow maintenance, overflowing garbage ALL the time. Main manager is a bully and goes after people she doesn't like. left as soon as I could.
