We brought friends from Aspen, CO and they were very impressed and stated Vida would match any restaurant in Aspen AND Denver.
The first thing you should look for when you’re looking at a restaurant is if the food is good. It was the best food I have ever tasted. I couldn’t find a hole in any dish served. The food was delicious, wine pairings were excellent and our waitress was awesome! We really enjoyed absolutely everything about our night here and will be back whenever we can! Get the donuts! Don’t mess around.

Amazing. If you love high quality great tasting food, make a reservation. I read reviews and looked at the menu, so I had a very good idea of what to expect. My expectations were met and exceeded. The beef tartare was so good my wife tried it (did not see that one coming) and agreed that it was phenomenal. The beet salad was a beautiful combination of tastes and textures. Delicious food and great service!
We had the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairing, which was fantastic. There was also a separate vegetarian menu for sampling so that everyone could enjoy. Great experience.
