I personally liked this place. Yes there were moments and people who were not the best, but overall I liked it here. The therapist are great, really nice, patient and caring.i want to thank them. I also want to thank Cryztal in Social Services for getting me home as quick as possible. She got things delivered right away and everything else I needed set up before leaving. I really do miss a lot of people there and would recommend going here. Thank to all the staff here.

My wife had a stroke she is having speech therapy and physical therapy the staff is caring and kind. They help you with your insurance also. She is getting alittle better everyday I'm satisfied with the care my wife is receiving at Villa Las Palmas

The nurses and physical rehab workers were stop notch. They treated my husband with care and respect. I wasn't able to be there to visit him very often because of my own medical issues so o called ALOT. Every time I did they were kind . They were great. Living angels. Also the social service workers were very helpful.

Started out ok but they are under staffed and the dining room is always closed. No place to go when it rained. 3 people in a room so crowded. New management I hope they can get this place cleaned up. Seemed like the people on one side needed clothing and bathed. We stayed on the short term side due to the smell in the long term side. People were very nice and kind they just need more of them to help. Long waits for assistance

The Business Office was such a pleasure to work with and so help for explaining what is covered and not covered and assisting with Medi-Cal to reduce us paying too much out of pocket. My family will be forever grateful. If your loved one is admitted here, head to the Business Office and see Brytani and she will help put your mind at easy for what is covered and not covered.
