My Mother In Law has been at this Nursing Home for over 2-1/2 years. We are in and out of the home almost everyday and the staff could not be more accommodating to us. We make few request of them, but when we do, they are right on it. The key to any type of relationship is, you need to get to know the staff and they need to know who you are. Wonderful care and I would recommend this home to anyone. Thank you Villa's for all the care you give my Mother In Law. And, no, I'm not a worker from Villa's.

I would recommend this place for the RT (respiratory department, CNA's, activity staff, physical therapy). My brother spent almost 5 months of his final days at Villa Las Palmas. Jocelyn and her assistant, Jill,mark, Griseilda, Mike, dejana, Karla, Troy, Megan, Jo Jo, = AMAZING and blessed!!!! First time in our family having to face care from any facility. Scary!!!! This place is a joke. I received a bill the other day about my insurance bill for the time I spent here. They're charging $36,000 to my insurance and informed me that I still owed $683 co-insurance. This is for three people crammed into one room 2 feet apart. You can smell the poop while your roommate is being changed. How is that sanitary and safe under disease prevention protocols? Do not send your loved ones here my mother in law fell because no one would answer the call light and she was only there for about a week. She went in for Rehab due to a fractured him and Made it worse! 0 Stars

horrible place. i hate that my dad is here. they dont have working phones so when you call to talk to you loved one. its always "ya we have to find a phone... well call you back" and never do im missing out on conversations with my dad he is elderly doesnt have alot of time and this place makes it impossible to talk to my father!!!! its truly disgusting.

Avoid This Facility at All Costs I wish I could give zero stars. This facility has been an absolute nightmare for my family. My uncle was admitted here after suffering a stroke and brain hemorrhage. He's completely dependent on others for care--unable to walk, move, or do much on his own. What he experienced here was nothing short of neglect. Do not let your loved ones stay here. The physical therapists were great. Unfortunately the place is dirty, the nurses and respiratory therapist were incompetent. My husband was becoming less responsive and they did nothing to help him. They finally had him get a chest x-ray because he was throwing up phlegm and advised me his lungs were normal. Three days later he wound up back in the hospital with bacterial pneumonia. The ER nurse advised me there was no way they didn't know my husband had pneumonia. They also never checke... read more

My father in law has been in this facility for approximately six weeks. During that time a staff member stole his IPhone and electric razor. He went in with two button down shirts and three pairs of gym shorts. He's coming home today with one shirt and NO shirts. They are sending him home wearing someone else's long pants. Can't understand this because I wrote his name on all of his closes and electronics. How the heck does this happen???!!!
