My mom had a horrible experience at Village Veranda. I would not recommend it to anyone. It's a beautiful facility, but management is smoke and screens. All the promises that were sold were a complete lie. Very very disappointed.
I would never put anybody here, we did not have a good experience. We put cameras in her room because my mom kept telling us things like that she did not need help. The food was awful quality. We were paying for extra services and the caregivers were not giving her those services. I would not recommend to other families who are looking.
