Facility smells like pee every where because they don’t care about their patients for example Bob Mosiki who was laying down on his own pee for god knows how long poop stains on the ground. The staff doesn’t care about their patients, they come in and take blood pressure and deliver food but can’t clean up the place or get a cleaning lady??. You guys are heartless I will be taking this to court.

I wouldn't recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family is a big problem, as well as internal. The was no consistency about when my loved one should be showered, because there was no internal staff communication. The response time to calls and emails is lacking. I'm still waiting back on calls about a billing issue we . The food didn't ever look appetizing. My mom had a horrible experience at Village Veranda. I would not recommend it to anyone. It's a beautiful facility, but management is smoke and screens. All the promises that were sold were a complete lie. Very very disappointed.

I would never put anybody here, we did not have a good experience. We put cameras in her room because my mom kept telling us things like that she did not need help. The food was awful quality. We were paying for extra services and the caregivers were not giving her those services. I would not recommend to other families who are looking.
