150K mile Service on my XC90 As always, a great experience getting my older XC90 in for 150K mile service. Bob Fuchs set my appointment up quickly, met me with a smile at my appointment time and had a loaner ready to go. Work was done sooner than expected with just the work I needed and good recommendations for keeping my car running well without pushing for additional work that I don’t need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Satisfied They've service my car twice and I've been happy both times. And they're fast. I've dealt with Lonnie on both occasions and he was awesome. His coworkers are awesome they're friendly, they're always smiling, and I feel good spending my money with them.

Customer FOR LIFE! 100,000 mile ‘physical’ needed, on my Volvo wagon. And as has been my experience every time I visit Volvo of Tacoma, I came away happy I bought, and have my car serviced there. Can not say enough about the customer service I get from Bob Fuchs, and the whole Volvo team! (Car wash was out of service - Bob Fuchs washed my car by hand) Going the extra mile for this customer. My next auto purchase? VOLVO of TACOMA.

Needed immediate service My seat belt was not latching so I needed immediate service. Call Bob Fuchs, Service Department. As always, he was super friendly and efficient. Scheduled me right away. I had my seat belt replaced (and a car wash) done within 3 hours! Usually, I schedule online which is really convenient but this time it was more emergent so I called. Best service department ever!

Purchase of a Volvo XC60 We had a great experience with our sales person Ben Hall who was a good listener, patient and professional. His follow through was thorough and he was helpful in helping us figure out the technology. The business office was also efficient and professional.

Check Engine Light Intermittent and Suspension Noi Had an independent shop look at the suspension noise and they could not find the cause. Volvo found that the shocks had come loose and after re-torquing the car was both quiet and back to it's smooth ride. The check engine light turned out to be the cam shaft variable valve timing hub. They were very good to take the time to explain why it was Intermittent and what were the risks of not addressing it without pushing to address it right away. Always a pleasant experience Always a pleasant experience with Volvo of Tacoma. We've purchased 2 vehicles from them and always have them serviced there. Their service prices are very reasonable. They've had a loaner car ready, with no hassles, when an urgent situation came up with a broken side window and I had to get to an appointment. They always treat us like they remember us - how great is that? We won't go anywhere else but Volvo of Tacoma.

service on time, and they cleaned the car I arrived for my appointment and they were expecting me and got right to work. The work was completed in a timely manner, great since I have to wait as this is not near my home, and they even cleaned the car.

Great Customer Service I called on Thursday afternoon to explain my issue and was told to bring the car in at 8:00 AM. I drove in, they were expecting me and in a matter of 15 minutes knew that my car would be done by noon and knew approximately how much it it would cost me. They are some of the best “Customer Service” driven staff I have ever has the pleasure of working with when it comes to cars.
