Get directionsDefinitely will NOT be using wag again. 2 sick dogs as a result of misinformation. They have an ongoing virus throughout their LA facilities(all) and they failed to disclose it. Poor leadership and it matches their level of service. Threatened to take my dog to the shelter because they told me she had lepto so I refused to pick her up until confirmation pathetic. Associate constantly giving misinformation. There's always that one person that thinks they're a vet.. well at Wag it's everyone. Wish I was making this up.. but d... read more

Hi Brian, We responded to your wife's review, and will follow up with you on here as well. We love Sunny, and we have enjoyed caring for her during the 11 stays she has had with us over the past couple of years in multiple hotel locations. We are very sorry that Sunny is showing potential symptoms of canine flu (CIV). When tests come back, we all will know more, but the labs are backlogged due in part to these symptoms appearing in multiple locations around LA. We understand this process is difficult and frustrating, but... read more
Disappointed and heartbroken with Wag. But posting bullet points of our last experience here after countless conversations to save other pet parents... -Reservation for aug 3 I get a call the day prior saying there is a kennel cough outbreak in the area but not in their facility. - I drop off my Saint Bernard Aug 3 and am told at 9:45 that there have been confirmed cases at their facility but need to head out for a business trip the following day and am forced to make a last minute decision (Wish they gave me enough heads u... read more

AS you maybe doing right now we combed the reviews to get an idea of how customers felt about the various options available in LA for your pet care. We hope this review helps you as you make an informed decision. We read reviews and narrowed our choices down visited various options and decided on WAG Hotel close by us in Hollywood. We booked a 8 night board for our puppy, July 30th- August 7th 2021. We felt it prudent to have our Puppy spend some time there prior to boarding and felt comfortable with the staff and his ... read more

Hi Sonia, We are saddened to hear of your most recent experience although we appreciate you letting us know. We should have noticed the bite marks and brought it to your attention. We are glad you enjoyed the photo updates, we do not always have the bandwidth to send photos to each of our customers every day, although we wish we did as we know how much happiness it brings. We are glad Savannah was able to work directly with you in a way you felt was helpful.
If you are reading this review within the first few weeks of August 2021, do not take your pet to Wag. I doubt they've mitigated all infectious cases and your dog will probably get sick. Like the other recent reviews, I was notified upon drop off for daycare of the potential exposure to kennel cough (Wag is calling it Canine cough). I was on my way to work and had no other choice but to leave my dog in their care. The associate told me that the infected dogs had been isolated but there was still a risk - however they were... read more

Hi Sarah, we are so sorry that this happened. We have sent out a few email communications since learning from the LACHD (Los Angeles County Health department) that the dog flu was/is prevalent in the LA community. In addition to the emails we sent, we also wanted to reach each pet parent directly that had been to us recently to let them know, we spent 2 days -all day and evening, calling each one. We know that this whole situation has been very challenging for our customers, and for that we apologize. Keeping our guests safe... read more
Disgusting facility. I have taken my dogs there over the past few years and there is ALWAYS (I mean 100% of the time) a problem. Today I was rushing to get to a medical procedure and when I went to drop my dogs off, they said they weren't taking dogs for daycare because of a kennel cough outbreak. You would think they would alert their customers of this via phone/email!?!? Needless to say I am being left in a very stressful situation before having to go under anesthesia. The last time I dropped them off, one of my dogs was r... read more

We are sorry you were inconvenienced today when trying to drop in, but unfortunately ensuring our guests stay healthy and safe takes precedence. We know that there is a coughing bug going through the Hollywood community, and we are taking a responsible approach in combating the spread by not exposing more dogs to the virus. We contacted all of our regular daycare customers by phone and email. If your dogs were allowed in today and ended up getting sick, we are sure you would have been upset about that too. We hope that you u... read more
This place sucks. I paid for the deluxe suite and my puppy was traumatized and they gave me my puppy back sticky and stinky. That is not how she entered. I will never be back.

Hi Kimlin, Thank you so much for speaking with me earlier and I appreciate your feedback. I’m sorry that we weren’t able to provide a great experience for Forest. We adore her and we hope to see her in the future. Take care, Zara
What happened to the service here. I am away on a work trip so I had my dogs dropped off here. My sitter requested my dogs be placed in the ultra suite, a room set up exactly like a bedroom. I have 2 dogs one of them has such bad anxiety she needs special care because it will drive her to the point of being ill. A gentleman reach out to me via phone to ask if my number was the correct number to contact me on. I said yes and I wanted to confirm both dogs were in the ultra suite. He said we have them in a very large room. ... read more

Hi Kris, Thank you for giving Zahra & I the opportunity to speak about your experience. We have cared for Penny & Binx for many years and I am very sorry that their most recent stay did not deliver on the care & service you have known us for. We appreciate and value the feedback you shared with us and we hope to see you come back in the future. Sincerely, Sheryl Diaz
I wish I could give 0 stars but this place needs to be shut down. I like being able to have more then one vet, emergency vet, and daycare with boarding so I can have options during certain times as some places have longer hours and etc. So I have only been to Dog Resort Hollywood which is an amazing place but they're not open 24/7 so I like having a place that's open 24/7 just in case of an emergency so I tried Wags hotel out for the first time and the first time I took my pups there one of my pups tags were removed for some... read more

Hi Delilah, We’ve made attempts to contact you about Sunshine and Sampson’s recent visits however we have been unable to reach you. Sunshine and Sampson came into our care as healthy, happy pups and they left our facility that same way, and without any injuries. The injuries you posted here look very serious, and we hope Sunshine was able to get seen by medical professionals, and quickly. Throughout their stay, we conducted health checks as part of our daily procedures as well as interacted with them several times throug... read more
