Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for taking such good care of my boy. It was my first time boarding him and he's an anxious rescue dog, so I was nervous going into it. However, everyone at Wag Hotels went above and beyond in putting me at ease. I love the photo updates they sent during his stay, and I was even able to watch him on camera, talk to him, and toss him treats. The kind, knowledgeable staff were so good to us, and we will definitely be back.

Penelope loves Wag Hotels! As a dog momma, I am SO thankful for Wag! Great experience! We planned a trip to LA and had no one to take care of our fur child but we found Wag hotel. It is 24/7 and we payed for his own room with camera and all day play (7-7). We were able to check up on him anytime. He had a great time! Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Due to traveling back & forth for work I haven't been able to watch my dog as much as would I like, I've broughten my dog Kali over to the wags hotel about 4 times now & I never have to worry about my baby girl when I'm out of state. I know she's in great hands & every time I drop her off she knows when she's going & she gets sooo excited that she completely forgets about me lol. No place like it!! Staff is on point and on top of every guest that they have. They know us by name and know what our pup enjoys. I wouldn't recommend any other doggy daycare! Wag hotels makes it comfortable not only for the owners but even more so for their pets.

I would like to start with how impressed I was by how knowledgeable Jenny was and answered all my questions (and boy, DID I HAVE A LOT). I toured another hotel nearby and I was impressed to find how much cleaner Wag is and smelled better. I boarded my Yorkie Wags for a couple of days and came back to find a happy & freshly bathed pup. The only place we'll ever take our dog, Franklin, again. First off, these people care, and when deciding where to leave a member of one's family, that factor should be paramount. The staff all seem to love not only what they do, but doing it there. You get the feeling they genuinely love your dog. We've tried a few dog daycares and we only come here for a handful of reasons: The staff is ridiculously friendly and genuinely loves being with the dogs The cost - it's very reasonable The convenience - we can pick up our dog up until close to midnight before boarding officially starts. This is so helpful. At other places we were stressed, pressed for time, and worried we wouldn't get to our dog before he would have to spend the night. Staff was informative and gave me a tour of the facility without even needing to ask. Most places have you schedule in advance. Love the transparency. The facility was very clean and smelled great. My dog had a blast and we are now regulars! Hours are convenient, my dog is happy and I have peace of mind.
