We were in town for a concert. We picked Wag Hotels for the late night pick-up option. Dropped off our Hercules at 1p and picked him up at midnight. I appreciate that you can drop off/up at any time. We packed a dinner for him and his Wubbie. We made it in timenfor.him to be in a small play group before staying in his cubbie. Folks were very friendly! The entire team at Wag Hollywood is amazing but I cannot speak higher about their Manager, Drew House. From the moment my my pup and I met him, he's made us feel special. Drew and his team welcome my super energetic 70 lbs. German Shepherd. They are able to accommodate his size and puppy energy. I've brought concerns to him (and these concerns are only because I'm an overbearing pet parent) and Drew is always genuine and empathetic in providing logical explanations that put my mind at ease. I just took my peaches to this place to get her nails cut because they were getting painfully long and she's such a little chicken she does not like it I'm done but they were very gentle and they said that she was really good and didn't scare her TOO much at all.I got her a brand-new blue harness to go with my blue hair everywhere we go we let people know we are in the BLUEWAVE.

I had such a great, low-effort experience with Wag Hotels. I had a last minute event and needed to find a doggy daycare that would care for my pup until midnight. I found Wag here on yelp and decided to give them a call. The reps I talked to were super helpful and it was very easy to set up an account and submit my dog's vaccines. It took less than 30min for me to complete the registration process and make a reservation. Thanks everyone at Wag for making this super easy! My boy Zero will definitely be back.

I absolutely love Wag Hotels on Highland. Specifically, Devarius is a total sweetheart. Every time I drop off my puppy Theodore, Devarius makes Theo feel so welcome and makes the drop off process so easy. Devarius is so professional and goes above and beyond! Highly recommend

Very satisfied with Wag Hotel Hollywood. My dog (senior and special needs) seemed fine when I picked her up; very relaxed and calm. I was very anxious boarding her for the first time; but when I called asking for a progress report, the supervisor on duty left me a very detailed voicemail about her eating and behavior, which I greatly appreciated. I love the fact that they are 24 hours: I picked up my dog in the middle of the night on my way home from the airport, and they were very accommodating.

I've had a great experience with Wag's daycare so far! When we adopted our little guy we didn't expect him to need daycare but after a few days with him we found out he couldn't be alone for more than a short period of time so the the days that work schedules don't line up right we're going to be difficult. Enter my yelp search - Wag responded to my request for a quote within an hour and we went with them because the prices were all pretty similar but Wag also offered a One on One option at the same rate. I've been bringing my dog Lincoln here since last fall. At first I was skeptical because I've heard all the LA doggy daycare horror stories and have experienced some firsthand, but I needed an alternative to the 30 minute walk twice a day.
