Get directions*this rating is not based on an actual day care or boarding experience for my dog. This review is based on a walk through experience I had prior to sending my dog to daycare there. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming but the facility is dirty, the floors are not cleaned and appear more like a shelter than a daycare facility. The dogs are unhappy. They can pee or poo anywhere so there is no designated space. This also means there is no training or reinforcement of what is learned at home nor an outside space that th... read more
My dog was suddenly banned today after two years. He is a 60lbs rescue 2-year-old Pitmix. I received a call informing me that he had become "unmanageable, and they would no longer accommodate him." He has been left in their care almost every weekend for the last two months. He loves most of the staff, but there is an issue with the new team hired. I was told on Sunday by a staff member, who "has over 12 years of dog handling experience," that he couldn't handle him. Which begs the question, how qualified is the staff? My dog... read more

Wanted to love Wag, it's such a great concept, our dogs enjoyed the daycare, but unfortunately our dogs became very ill. During their first try at a 7 day overnight boarding stay in the Ultra Suite our 2 young and healthy dogs became so ill and distressed after 3 days and we had to cancel our vacation and fly home early from Mexico to rush to the ER vet, where our healthy 4 year old Cavalier King Charles needed to be hospitalized for 2 days in critical care. We still don't know what happened, but our dog was almost lifeless ... read more

First and foremost, we are relieved to hear that Finley has recovered from his health scare. It must have been an incredibly worrisome and stressful time for you, and we empathize... read more
Do not board here. Find the recent article about the location in San Francisco. They are under investigation for animal cruelty. I boarded my dogs here when I was new to town without word of mouth recommendations. I ponied up for many of of the add ons. A couple playtimes image showed my small dogs in with larger dogs at "playtime." I watched my dachshund just shake in the room. I had to call to have the cot taken out and the beds I paid for put in. They're food was almost full when I went to pick them up. There are too man... read more
Treated my 100lb Doberman like he was nothing. They left him a room for 24 hours way too small for him, no human interaction unless I paid $55 per 30 min session for someone to even say hello to him. They left him on floor, with no blanket, dog bed, toys, or anything. The staff is lame and full of shit. Super over priced for what you get. They really don't care much at all and it shows. Literally watched my dog from the camera do nothing but sit on the hard floor for 24 hours. Phuck this place.
Their call system is terrible. It's near impossible to get any information quickly. I tried calling two times today to get information on vaccination requirements. Both times they said the call wait time was an hour and that they would call back. Each time they call an hour and a half and I couldn't answer the phone both times. Ended up driving to the location to make a reservation. Made the reservation and they didn't say anything about updating vaccine records. I said great. I brought my dog later to drop her off and now ... read more
The disorganization is unbelievable. Drop off and pickup of my cats took over half an hour. They lost my cat's medication and could not return it to me during pickup, and they were not even sure that the medication was administered daily. They could not figure out how to charge me the remaining balance due and had to call me about it a day later. Then I find out that a 10 night package we purchased did not cover the extra summer fee for each night. The charge ended up significantly higher than expected and I received no rece... read more
I am so upset by the service at this facility. Over thanksgiving my dog boarded here for 7 days. When I picked him up he was super lethargic, which is unusual for him because he's a very hyper Pomeranian. I also noticed an abnormal cough, and the following day my vet suggested taking him to urgent care. My dog is fully vaccinated, and I know with boarding there are always risks, but usually If a facilities standards are up to par and they are monitoring the dogs properly, these things don't happen often. When we got to the v... read more

Hi Nicole, we are sorry to hear that Beau is sick. We have talked several times, and know how upset you are with us and we completely understand those frustrations. As you mentioned, anytime you bring your pet around other dogs in a social environment there is risk involved. Risk exists even in the most hygienic, well‐ventilated, spacious, and clean animal facilities like ours, because not all infected dogs show symptoms but may still spread airborne viruses. As a result, dogs not displaying symptoms make it impossible to... read more
Really use to love bringing my dog here but I've had my last straw with them. I've made an appointment for my dog for grooming services to get a wash and a haircut and as soon as I bring him in theres an excuse this has happened three times now. I'm so frustrated since I've planned out my day and it ruins my whole schedule no call or text saying it's been cancelled nothing the least they can do is make sure their call center is on the same page as the wag hotel so it's not a waste of time. DONT BRING YOUR PET HERE IT'S A WAS... read more

We are so sorry for the frustrations you experienced making a grooming reservation. If you made a request online, it does need to be reviewed before confirming, to verify groomers availability. If you don't receive a confirmation email, it's not confirmed. We know it's not the best process, and we are working on making improvements to this process. Our groomers are exceptional, and our products in our salon are top of the line and specially designed for us. We want you to come back and go back to loving us again- please reac... read more
