I can't even start to describe how this place is unbelievably amazing and outstanding!! Sky is a 1 year old Labrador, which I adopted in March as a puppy right after quarantine started. The service that this doggie hotel provides is truly the best. The staff is so friendly and genuinely cares for your pets. I would recommend this hotel to all those pet parents that want a unique stay for their pups.

I'm not typically a very trusting person and my wife is your typical crazy LA "dog mom" but the staff at Wag knew exactly how to ease our doubts and went above & beyond to ensure we had peace of mind while our dog stayed there over the weekend. They took such good care of him that he didn't even want to come home with us. Prices are more than fair and all the service add ons they have available are amazing. I love the energy at Wag Hotels. I have dropped of my dog Zeus multiple times when I have to leave town. I've seen the way Zeus acts when he gets dropped off at Wag and I always get a happy feeling knowing he will have a lot of fun with the other dogs. All the staff members at Wag are professional and treat every dog with the utmost care that any owner would want for their dogs. Wag Hotels is my choice for doggy day care and it should be yours too.

This place is fantastic. I bring in my big lab Remington around 20 times per month for "all day play" while I'm at work and often on weekends if I'm out and about. I've also left him numerous times for boarding for up to a total of 2 weeks when I was out of town. He absolutely loves it. He's so excited to go everyday. They also do special events that are included which he (and I) enjoy and report cards are fun. Friendly staff, love the notes I receive every day after daycare! A bit pricey with daycare being $46/day but it is LA after all. My dog was pooped after I picked him up. Exactly what I was looking for. Thank you!

Recently adopted my pup and I've had some financial struggles. His separation anxiety forces me to daycare him daily and board him safely when I'm away. Wag staff has been the most professional with sending me updates and concerns with his health and behavior. Today, I had an emergency and needed to drop him off at daycare while I headed to the ER. Devarius Fitzpatrick is a customer service guru. I had an issue with billing that I did not understand. I called very late at night he answered the phone. I was in a very frustrated mindset within about five minutes of our conversation I feel like I want to hang out with this guy. He is so kind and so nice, smart proactive and flat out good guy. I am so happy that I made the decision to have my dog trained at Wag.
