I love the energy at Wag Hotels. I have dropped of my dog Zeus multiple times when I have to leave town. I've seen the way Zeus acts when he gets dropped off at Wag and I always get a happy feeling knowing he will have a lot of fun with the other dogs. All the staff members at Wag are professional and treat every dog with the utmost care that any owner would want for their dogs. Wag Hotels is my choice for doggy day care and it should be yours too.
This place is fantastic. I bring in my big lab Remington around 20 times per month for "all day play" while I'm at work and often on weekends if I'm out and about. I've also left him numerous times for boarding for up to a total of 2 weeks when I was out of town. He absolutely loves it. He's so excited to go everyday. They also do special events that are included which he (and I) enjoy and report cards are fun. Recently adopted my pup and I've had some financial struggles. His separation anxiety forces me to daycare him daily and board him safely when I'm away. Wag staff has been the most professional with sending me updates and concerns with his health and behavior. Today, I had an emergency and needed to drop him off at daycare while I headed to the ER. Devarius Fitzpatrick is a customer service guru. I had an issue with billing that I did not understand. I called very late at night he answered the phone. I was in a very frustrated mindset within about five minutes of our conversation I feel like I want to hang out with this guy. He is so kind and so nice, smart proactive and flat out good guy. I am so happy that I made the decision to have my dog trained at Wag.

I just want to take a moment to thank the staff for being super accommodating when our dog had an allergic reaction to one of the products used while being boarded and groomed there. When we picked Nova up from Wag we noticed some bumps on her back and by the time we got home her entire back had broken out in hives and she had a very high fever. We immediately took her to the vet and luckily she is okay now. But when I called Wag to let them know what had happened and to see what products they used to try and find the culpri... read more

We were in town for a concert. We picked Wag Hotels for the late night pick-up option. Dropped off our Hercules at 1p and picked him up at midnight. I appreciate that you can drop off/up at any time. We packed a dinner for him and his Wubbie. We made it in timenfor.him to be in a small play group before staying in his cubbie. Folks were very friendly! boarded our little weiny dog for a week after 2 days got a call his eyes were BLEEDING (never happened before) and he was TRAUMATIZED. (photo shown) believe he was kicked or thrown around or hurt by this place. just left OUR vet not THEIRS and said it was due to TRUAMA now hes pooping BLOOD and has a uti. NEVER take ur pet here if you love your animal. Guy who works there was rude to me on the phone (im emergency contact) until i said it was my dog too. he is the sweetest dog and they made him ABSOLUTELY SICK AND TERRIFIED.
