We were in from out of town and needed a place for our pups to spend the day. We signed our dogs up for all day play and the Wag Hotel staff took great care of them! Vincent was great to work with- he was very helpful, kind, and ensured that our dogs would be safe in light of the canine flu outbreak in the area. We love wag hotel! We've taken our boy to quite a few places and really love wags pricing, attention to detail and clean facility. We get a cutie pic of him everyday and they are always doing fun activities with them. I even got a painted Mother's Day present from my dog huckleberry! They have these dogs makin art! We love wag hotel and so does our dog!

I actually wasn't able to book a grooming appointment here with my schedule, but the customer service was fantastic when I called. Shar, the woman that helped me, was fantastic and very sweet and helpful. It's too bad the scheduling didn't work but if you're looking for kind people to take care of your pet, Shar gave me an amazing first impression of the company.
THIS PLACE DESERVES NOTHING BUT 5 STARS.I must say the moment i walked in the door my pet was greeted like he was family. I recently boarded my dog with wag hotel hollywood location and i must tell you that the staff went over and beyond to make sure i knew and most importantly felt comfortable with how my babies mini vaca was going to be. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for taking such good care of my boy. It was my first time boarding him and he's an anxious rescue dog, so I was nervous going into it. However, everyone at Wag Hotels went above and beyond in putting me at ease. I love the photo updates they sent during his stay, and I was even able to watch him on camera, talk to him, and toss him treats. The kind, knowledgeable staff were so good to us, and we will definitely be back.

Penelope loves Wag Hotels! As a dog momma, I am SO thankful for Wag! As a neurotic dog mom, it was so important to me that I found a daycare that genuinely cared, I had some insight into how her day was, and got to know the staff. I found so much more at Wag! Great experience! We planned a trip to LA and had no one to take care of our fur child but we found Wag hotel. It is 24/7 and we payed for his own room with camera and all day play (7-7). We were able to check up on him anytime. He had a great time! Everyone was friendly and helpful!

Just moved from Houston Texas to Los Angeles California and I was looking for a perfect place to put my dog in daycare while I was at work I found Wag hotel's and I tried them out for the first day and the staff members were absolutely amazing my dog enjoyed it she got home and she knocked out from all the fun she had I would recommend this place for your fur babies 100%

Due to traveling back & forth for work I haven't been able to watch my dog as much as would I like, I've broughten my dog Kali over to the wags hotel about 4 times now & I never have to worry about my baby girl when I'm out of state. I know she's in great hands & every time I drop her off she knows when she's going & she gets sooo excited that she completely forgets about me lol.
