I took my pup to pooch hotel many times before it became Wag. We loved it there. I recently took me fur kid to Wag to be boarded. The new management seemed great and so was my fur kids stay. He seemed to loved it there. The only thing I did not love was they told me to board my dog was $67 a night. Pricier than what we were used to but I figured I would give it a try. I am so grateful I found this place. My pitbull Katrina has so much energy and personality. They've done such a great job with her. She loves going to the dog daycare, and I go to work with peace of mind knowing she isn't bored, getting into trouble,( well sometimes she goes on time-out at Wag lol), and is also getting all of her energy out. They remember all of their guests, and manage all of these dogs so well. You can tell they definietly love these animals. Very happy to have found them!!!

I left my 10 month old puppy Cocoa at Wag Hotels for 5 days and I was worried as it was my first time leaving him anywhere but the staff at Wag Hotels, (especially Sheryl, Manny, Monique, Taylor, Michael, and Devarius), took such good care of him!!! I was able to keep a watch on him throughout the day and night! If there was anything I needed to ask then I'd get a really fast email reply! I absolutely love this place! I was nervous about boarding my dog since I never have, I wasn't sure how she would react to it. They made me feel completely at ease. They were so nice and welcoming from the moment I got there. They are also open 24/7 which is perfect with my schedule. Would 100% board my dog here again whenever I need too!

Just took my dog here today to get her first haircut and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Natasha did such a wonderful job with Luna, thanks again Natasha! I highly recommend bringing your animals here for grooming & you even get 50% off on your first grooming.

Walked in randomly to check Wag out in person and felt instantly welcome and at ease with the staff and facility. Very accommodating, they listened to my specific request and exceeded my expectations. Your pet will feel loved and will be well looked after in this awesome place. Thank you!

I had the recent experience to have my 13 year old Pomeranian Mix stay at Wag Hotels in West LA and the visit was beyond my expectations. I love that I could watch Kaiya on the pet cam during the day, she spent the days in doggie playtime. At night she had music and a movie going which made me feel so good because I sleep with music going. I also experienced the groomers at Wag Hotel and good god they are amazing.
