Thank you for your review! I did want to clarify that we do have a webcam option to view the play areas from 10 AM to 6 PM for all our pet parents! Unfortunately, because Koffee is under our specialized care program, it might be a little trickier to catch him on the cameras when it is his time to play. This was Buddy's first visit. You sent pictures of him through out the day. We even received a call to tell us how he was. We were very pleased

My little Ryan Reynolds (the dachshund) gets his celebrity treatment whenever he goes to the Pooch Hotel! It’s hard to be away from him -whether for daycare, or for boarding - though my mind is peaceful because he’s in great hands! He gets sooo excited when we drive up! I’m thankful for all the sweet staff members who look after him!

Amazing team
Peanut had a fabulous time! She was taken care of to the total “t”. She came home so happy and “”could not quit ‘“explaining “ to me all of her adventures. Fantastic place and beyond fantastic staff that truly care about their fur baby guests!!!! Definitely a must go to!
