We always feel as if Bart is in great hands at Pooch Hotel in Richardson. We call in to check on him and get very detailed information as to how he is doing and that is appreciated. We called in this weekend to check on him and got an answering machine but received a call back in less than 15 minutes. I recommend the Pooch Hotel.

We LOVE the Pooch Hotel in Richardson. My husband and I wanted to find the perfect place to leave our fur baby when we travel. After checking out multiple facilities, we decided on the Pooch Hotel. Honestly, though, after seeing what they have to offer, it wasn't a hard decision to reach. What do we love about the Pooch Hotel? Pretty much everything. We’ve missed everyone at Pooch Hotel. With the pandemic, Henry has stayed at home but we are looking forward to getting back in the groove. The groove includes Henry spending a day a week at Pooch daycare!
