The staff always treats my dog right. They send me updates and photos of my dog.
Pooch hotel gave me updates of my dog over her stay. I forgot to pack enough food and Justin was kind of enough to get more food. Pooch hotel Team Members are always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend pooch!

I loved Justin. He made me feel so comfortable dropping my dog off with Pooch. He loved on my dog and gave me a bunch of tips on how to train my dog. He really made my experience at pooch.
This place is fantastic! I have a dog with severe separation anxiety, but she loves going to day care. She's always happy and relaxed when she comes home, so I KNOW they are treating her well.
Bash’s 2nd visit to daycare went well. Thanks for being patient with him and allowing him to get comfortable with other dogs.
