I appreciate the flexible hours, and the nice facility. I did not like the change of potty hours having only 1 staff member 9 PM to 6 AM. This makes for a long time for my dog to hold his bladder. Video access is part of your marketing; however I tried to see the video access to the play areas handfuls of times without success, The front desk staff in person are very cordial, but obviously have to multi-task & often unreachable by phone.

Everyone was very nice and they treated my dog Marley like their own. My favorite thing about pooch hotel is they send you an email update with a picture of your dog to let you know he or she is safe. I also appreciate that they give people in the veterinary field a discount. In my profession we do not make a lot of money but we do it for the love and passion for helping animals. Nina seems happy to be in your facility but I have noticed recently that she will shake (like when she is scared) when we drop her off in the morning. That can’t be good. This only happens at your facility.
