My dogs were well cared for. They took my dogs on very short notice. The price was very reasonable.

Bart was well taken care of. The management recognized right away Bart is an alpha dog so he was exercised individually in stead of regular population. Facility was clean and well arranged with plenty of room in the individual rooms. Bart wet his bed twice. The facility washed all his bedding to send home with us. Above and beyond in my opinion.

My pet came home happy and seems to have learned some better behavior habits. At first I thought we had the wrong dog!

Pooch Hotel is clean and spaces. Staffs are nice. They sent message to let me know how was my dog was doing. They also have room with camera so I can check on my dog. I like the room with the glass door because my dog could looks out to the hallway. Thank you for taking care of my dog!

The registration process was the best I have experienced and the staff did a wonderful job on follow-up. The check and check out was great and it is so nice that you are open 24/7
