Overall the pooch hotel was good. I had to call a few times when I was concerned when my dog wasn’t in the play room on the webcam. Then when the employee followed my dog around and blocked her from playing with other dogs. My dog is very playful and far from aggressive. When she returned home she appeared less playful and did not want to interact with other dogs in our complex.

My mini golden doodle has her first haircut st Pooch hotel. I was told I needed to take her someplace who had a sensitive nature. Kendra did a great job and the event did not scare my dog or cause her to be anxious. I am grateful for their gentle and calm way with puppies

Our dogs were so happy when we picked them up. But they seemed to be quite calm and enjoyed their visit. This is the only place we would ever board our dogs. It's very personable, one can look on a video and see their pets and the staff are loving.

Lucky and Holly (Labradors) LOVE boarding at Pooch hotel when the two legged family members travel! They now run into the building, happy to stay. We have accidentally gone to pick up during playtime and they didn’t want to leave!! The staff members have all been kind and helpful and are all clearly “dog people.” Thank you Pooch hotel for taking away the guilt of boarding our four legged babies when we travel!!
