I love that my “boys” are greeted by name when we walk in. I feel like the staff there really makes an effort to know my boys and their needs. They have always come home happy and healthy and well cared for even with all their quirks of blankets and pee pads and meds. When I have to leave them, I have peace of mind when they are at the Pooch Hotel

We recently boarded our dog at the Pooch Hotel for a long weekend. He injured his leg before we were due to leave, so we were not sure if he could still be boarded. The Pooch Hotel staff assured us that they could still take care of him and that they would be sure to watch him closely. They met with us to make sure they understood his injury and the requirements for his medication.
