stellar experience! Jazzie, who has separation anxiety, was happy and way more relaxed about our reunion than expected! This experience seems to have boosted her confidence. I loved the sweet email updates, had peace of mind knowing there was staff present 24 hours a day, and loved having the webcams at my disposal. I have highly recommended Pooch Hotel to friends and family and understand now why they have such a sterling reputation.

I love that my “boys” are greeted by name when we walk in. I feel like the staff there really makes an effort to know my boys and their needs. They have always come home happy and healthy and well cared for even with all their quirks of blankets and pee pads and meds. When I have to leave them, I have peace of mind when they are at the Pooch Hotel
