This was our first time going to daycare before we board. I was a bit nervous because our boy is bashful and is always with us. I was so impressed with Justin and the staff for taking the time to explain info to us and making us feel comfortable. I was immediately emailed the website for webcam to watch daycare from work. He even got a great report card (too cute) that I hung on the fridge. I look forward to boarding him this week and want to thank staff for the complimentary daycare.
I don’t worry about our dog when I leave her at Pooch Hotel. Everyone there seems to genuinely love dogs.
If our Nina is happy when she arrives at your place and seems happy when we pick her up then this speaks volumes for us.........dogs never lie!

We put 100% trust in all the dog lovers at Pooch Hotel everytime we leave our little girl. They love her and take great care of her. We love that they are open 24/7!
They got all 3 of my dogs in within 2 hours of calling for grooming. My dogs are older and have hip problems. The groomer was fantastic! She called me 2 times to give me updates. All 3 went in at 11 A.M. and we’re done by 5 pm. (Golden Retriever, Dachshund, Silky Terrier)
Lexxi was a day boarder. She came home each day with a great appetite and in a wonderful mood. We were having remodeling done at our house and this would have been stressful to her. I recommend Pooch Hotel's services to anyone needing a place for their animal to stay. The staff is kind and compassionate.
