Dogs were well taken care of. This was their stay. Both times I asked for Koa to get a bath and she did not get one either time. However every thiyelse was great.

The staff is fast and friendly during check in and out. The website asked questions about Simba that I wouldn’t think about sharing. I feel confident that Simba is safe while I am away.

PH was a great experience. My dog was not at all anxious when I picked him up, which tells me that he enjoyed his stay.

You did a great job as always. The only issue we had was that Rex came home soooooo dirty. He smelled so terribly. This has never happened before.
