They did a great job with our fur babies. Only issue was the cameras went down on Friday and didn't come back online until after we picked them up the following Wednesday. For the time the cameras did work, they were very pleasant with the pets left there. Group play seemed to go well though they could always do a little more interaction instead of just walking in circles. The employees at the Pooch , with a special shout out to Justin did everything I asked to make my dogs stay at the Pooch Hotel a great one. They spent time on the phone listening to all the quirks my dogs have and what they like and don't like. I got pictures of them texted to me during the week I was gone and it made me smile, to see them smile. If your looking for a place that has it all and can do it all , you have come to the right place. Will use them again and again. Thank you all for keeping my angels safe and Happy.
I’m always nervous about leaving my little Tony since he’s very shy and nervous and it takes a lot of patience to bring him out of his shell. Everyone was amazing with him! I truly appreciate the patience they had with him and the time they took to gain his trust!
Great experience for us and for Dakota This was our first time away from him and his first time away from us so we were kind of hesitant but overall he’s happy and doesn’t seem any worse for wear We love being able to see him playing with the other dogs and also even when he was just sleeping in his room but people get great care of us thanks again
This was my 2 year old rescue dogs’ first board and train. He does not get along with other dogs and the staff worked with him each day, and tried to reduce his anxiety while with the pack.
We were first time users. From our tour through the facility, to the signing up, the staff were fabulous. The facility looked clean, smelled clean and all the dogs were treated so well as we watched day play.
My dog was happy when I picked him up.
