My puppy just went in for his first grooming. A couple parts were uneven, hence the 4 stars, but the groomer did personally call me to discuss the process and what she is doing to improve for the next session (not to mention my puppy will be older and not as shocked by the process). Overall, they are great, but also strive to keep growing!

Kendra did an amazing job with our standard poodle and bichon. We brought them to her needing her expertise to repair there overgrown coats. She’s a pro! The staff is pro and all are caring and friendly. Try Pooch Hotel!!!

We love Pooch Hotel. The last time we left Aja’ there we were out of the country and they sent us a picture of her which made our day! Staff always friendly and love dogs.
