Our dog came for her first visit before boarding. She stayed for about 3.5 hours. Your front desk attendants greeted her by name as we walked in. It calmed our nerves & made us feel very welcomed. Leaving went equally as smooth. Since this is our first time to board her we are pretty anxious for a great experience for our dog.

Hershey came home happy and worn out. She seems to enjoy her stays, which I comforting when we are out of town.

Ty has been to the Hotel a few times now and does fine. This time he seemed a little anxious, but he got lots of personal attention and did fine. A special "thank you" to Demi Morrison for letting me know how he was doing and then the daily updates she sent me. It was much appreciated and I am sure Ty enjoyed his time with the staff. By the end of the week he was back in group play and was just fine. So thanks to everyone for taking care of him and especially to Demi for her updates. AL DeVINCENTIS
