Just for clarification, we do indeed offer baths upon request at check-in or you can add it as a service any time during the stay to ensure Hershey is clean at pickup. We certainly strive to keep every dog clean and safe, but are more than willing to bathe Hershey should you request it, especially when she boards again!
I have two "bully breeds" and take them to the pooch hotel every week. They absolutely love it, they come home super tired and well behaved. I also love that I can look at them throughout the day on the webcam which gives me peace of mind plus an enjoyable momentary distractions from work when I check in on my fur babies. I had looked into other doggie day cares, which all seem to have a policy banning bully breeds. With more people adopting from rescues, I believe the ban will have those places out of business soon.... read more

Pooch Hotel always takes great care of my two pups when I'm out of town. Love the 24 hour pick-up/drop-off and the fact that the staff genuinely seems to really like my dogs!

Our dogs love going to Pooch and we can see how much they are loved when we arrive. Staff is great and was so supportive when we added in my mother's dog during hospital stay.
